Before you sign

This petition can't legally be signed through a website. The signature has to be your own, given in person, on the petition itself.

What's required of you as a signer:

• Yourself, in person (signatures can't be collected online or by proxy)
• You must be a qualified voter of the City of Conroe, living within city limits
• Your signature, in your own hand, in ink, on the petition itself
• Your current residence address, and the date you sign

The person collecting a signature sheet will need to vouch, typically in front of a notary, that everyone on it signed in their presence. If you can support that role, sign up to help; we especially need notaries.

We're aiming for 1,000 signatures to put a binding referendum on the City's Flock program on the ballot. This is a different, separate petition from the 15%-of-registered-voters recall petition run by Recall Conroe 2026: smaller ask, same underlying concern about Flock.

Check your address

Signers need to live within Conroe's city limits, and after years of annexation, the boundary is far from a simple shape (see below). If you're not sure your address counts, the city's own lookup tool gives a straight answer.
